Refund & Cancelation Policy

1. 7-Day No-Cost Trial Period

Boosted Roosted offers all new clients a 7-day no-cost introductory period to evaluate our credit repair services. During this time, no payments will be collected. Clients may discontinue services at any point within this 7-day period without financial obligation.

2. Billing After the Introductory Period

If the service is not canceled within the 7-day introductory period, the standard monthly service fee will be charged automatically. By enrolling and submitting payment details, you authorize Boosted Roosted to charge your account as outlined in the service agreement.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their service at any time by contacting us through one of the following channels:

To avoid being billed for the next service period, cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the next billing date.

4. Refund Policy

In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), Boosted Roosted does not bill in advance for services. Payments are collected only after services have been provided.

Refunds are generally not issued due to the nature of the service. However, exceptions may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Charges made in error
• Duplicate transactions
• Service failure due to internal error, as determined by Boosted Roosted

To request a refund, clients must contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction date.

5. Client Rights Under CROA

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, clients have the right to:

• Cancel their contract within 3 business days of signing without any charge
• Receive a written contract detailing the services, terms, and their rights
• Be billed only after services are performed
